The first Patient Satisfaction Survey of 2020 will be undertaken at the surgery in the week commencing 16th March. Members of the PPG will be in the surgery at various times during the week asking for your feedback. If you would like to complete the survey online, simply click on this link take survey or scan the QR code on the right. It will only take a minute and the results could help improve the service you receive. The Survey closes on Friday 20th March.
